Get to Know Apex
We're a supplier and installer, not just a website. The same business selling you a radiator or a split system is the one that has to make it work on your wall, so there's no incentive to sell you the wrong thing.
Most customers fall into one of two groups: homeowners replacing a tired radiator or adding cooling to a room, who want it specified correctly and fitted once, and trade customers and contractors who need stock ready when they arrive to collect it. Either way, you get the same honest sizing advice and products we'd fit in our own homes.
A proper installation is five distinct jobs, not just old radiator off, new one on: sizing and balancing before anything is fitted, adapting the existing pipework to the new unit, flushing the system to clear old sludge, adding a rust inhibitor, and a full leak test and bleed before we leave.
Every radiator and air conditioning unit we install is fitted by F-Gas certified engineers, so the paperwork protects your manufacturer warranty as well as meeting the legal requirement for refrigerant work.
Standard delivery is free on orders over £300 to most of the UK mainland; below that, the cost is calculated at checkout by size and weight. Prefer to collect? Our East London trade counter takes orders free of charge, no delivery cost at all.
If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
All refrigerant work on air conditioning units is carried out by F-Gas certified engineers and logged as the regulations require, a legal requirement for AC installation in the UK, and also what keeps your manufacturer warranty valid.
Most radiators and AC units carry a 2 to 5 year manufacturer warranty; the exact period for each product is listed in its Specifications tab on the product page.
